"Nilcamar" is a custom built yacht by her original owner. She features a very open and spacious arrangement with accommodations found on a much larger vessel, a huge flybridge with tender, nice walk arounds and reliable CAT POWER, spacious exterior entertaining areas and is in excellent condition. |

As you enter the salon from the aft deck, you have a large settee to port with a hi-lo table and two barrel chairs to starboard. The Toshiba TV is to starboard and is on a lift. There is storage to starboard as you move forward. The interior woodwork is maple and the sol is carpet.

The galley is forward of the salon and has a very large open feeling with great counter space
and storage.

The pilothouse features a fully operational lower helm with all electronics, with a built-in bench
seat behind it for guests and a settee with high gloss table to port. There are water tight doors
both port and starboard for easy access to the deck.

.The master stateroom is accessed by a private entrance from the salon starboard side. The stateroom features a king berth on centerline with built-in drawers, closets, work space surrounding it and a Sharp TV with DirecTV. The stateroom features an ensuite head that is spacious and airy.

There are four guest staterooms forward.
Forward is a VIP with centerline queen with hanging lockers port and starboard. There is stoage and drawers below the berth, TV & DVD player to port and head starboard.
The master stateroom is accessed by a private entrance from the salon starboard side. The stateroom features a king berth on centerline with built-in drawers, closets, work space surrounding it and a Sharp TV with DirecTV. The stateroom features an ensuite head that is spacious and airy.
